Preheat the oven at 180˚C. (P)
In a bowl, mix together all wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients and mix. Then gently fold into mixture. (P and K)Pour the batter into a bread pan and bake for about 40 to 45 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of bread
Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving! (P and K)
