Place cauliflower and broccoli into a baking dish, toss with the olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano and pepper. (P and K)
Cover the dish and bake for ½ hour. Remove the cover and stir, and cook for another ½ hour, until vegetables are tender and nicely browned. (P and K)
