Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. (P)
Coat a circular molded pan with cooking spray. Coat the molds with 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar. (P and K)
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. (K)
Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each mold (K)
Bake the doughnuts until puffed and browned, 14 to 15 minutes and Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. (P)
Clean the pan. Coat it with cooking spray and the remaining 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar. Repeat steps with the remaining batter. (P and K)
