ART MATS
Once a week for 3 weeks
Age
1 - 12
It’s great to encourage kids to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, but it’s not always straightforward. Bringing a bit of fun to mealtimes as a reward for eating more of these foods could help. How about using a fun placemat during dinner which can then be folded into different shapes for them to play with once they’ve finished eating?
What you need
How it works
- Pick a mat design that your child will like and print it out.
- Place the mat under your child’s plate of food.
- Once your child has tried the new food and finished eating it, follow the instructions to fold the mat into a fun shape.
